About this position

We are looking for a creative, energetic, resultdriven data and analytics consultant to design, configure, and implement Success Factors dashboards (People Analytics Moduland reports for Talent Acquisition (Tactivities.

You will work in the workforce intelligence team which is part of the Human Resources department. The team is responsible for using data to make better decisions about the IDBG’s personnel, understand trends, and drive results.

What you’ll do

  • Implement reports and dashboards in the People Analytics Module of Success Factors.
  • Enhance visibility into the recruitment process for informed decisionmaking.
  • Streamline reporting processes and generate userfriendly reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify key metrics and reporting needs of stakeholders (Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Leadershi.
  • Validate data in reports against database to ensure accuracy.
  • Set up the TA reporting module within SuccessFactors based on defined requirements.
  • Design and build reports for key TA metrics (e.g., Timetofill, Source of Hire, Quality of Hir.
  • Conduct thorough testing of the reporting module and reports to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Provide training sessions for users on accessing and interpreting TA reports within SuccessFactors.

What you’ll need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent advanced degrein Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR Analytics Reporting and 1 year Success Factors Reporting (People Analytics Module or Workforce analytic.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Additional proficiency in one of the IDB Group’s other official languages (Spanish, French, Portugueis preferred.

Requirements

  • Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48member countries.
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spousworking at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.

Type of contract and duration

  • Type of contract: Products and External Services Consultant (PE, Lump Sum after each deliverable.
  • Length of contract: 4 months.
  • Work Location: Remote.
