TERMS OF REFERENCE TDY Regional Close Out Coordinator Supervisor : Chief of Party (close collaboration with DCOP and Operations DirectoTasks assigned :Ensure field presence in Niger during close out period of TerresEauVieUpon request, support the Burkina Faso team in countryWork closely with COP, DCOP and Operations Director on successful execution of the project closeout plan (including offices handover, administrative requirements, dispatch of assets and equipment, human resources, grants closeout, legal, IT task, in compliance with USAID and Winrock requirementsUpon request, representation with GoN, GoBF and USAID during meetings or eventsAny other task as assigned by the Supervisor Duration : 1 month, renewable Qualifications :Experience with USAID project closeoutAt least 5+ years in senior management roles on USAIDfunded projectsFamiliarity with USAID regulations requiredStrong operational background, managing project finances, banking, procurement, HR, and other administrative tasksExperience working on development projects in the Sahel regionFluency in French and English, written and oral Winrock is an equal opportunity employer.
