About this position

We are looking for a strategic, agile and forwardthinking Organizational Culture Consultant. As an Organizational Culture Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation of several initiatives to support this strategic initiative in the Human Resources Department.

You will work in the Culture & Leadership Effectiveness team part of Human Resources department. This team is responsible for the organizational effectiveness and staff development strategies.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote and reinforce the IDB Group’s Declaration of Culture.
  • Partner with our HR’s Rewards & Benefits team to design and implement the correct incentives strategies that will promote our institutional culture.
  • Work closely with our Human Resources Centers of Expertise, key stakeholders, and leadership to ensure that the program delivers the expected outcomes.
  • Partner with our HR’s Communication Team to design and execute programs and activities that enhance employee engagement, inclusivity, and overall workplace satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze cultural metrics and feedback to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and make datadriven recommendations for improvements.

What you’ll need

  • Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent advanced degrein Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
  • Experience: At least/ Between 8 and 10 years of progressive experience in a role focused on organizational culture, talent management, organizational development or a related field, in a multinational environment.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and one of the other Bank official languages (Spanish, French or Portuguesis required.

Requirements:

  • Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48member countries.
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spousworking at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.

Type of contract and duration:

  • Type of contract: International Consultant FullTime.
  • Length of contract: 12 months.
  • Work Location: Onsite.
