The IT Unit is looking for an IT Service Specialist (parental leave substitute) to join the Service Desk team. The position is full-time for a fixed term starting preferably in the early/late October 2024 and ending in February 2025. The core responsibility of this role is to provide end-user support, including solving PC, printer, mobile phone, and network software/hardware problems, and answering questions in accordance with Service Level Agreements. The role also involves managing users in NIB’s Active Directory and specified applications, as well as overseeing the PC, printer, and mobile phone environments, including the installation of new devices, hardware service, and software updates. This position requires communication with all levels of NIB staff throughout the Bank. The IT Service Specialist will participate in PC application, mobile, and infrastructure projects.
