BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT:
The Reporting Consultant for the Annual Country Report (ACwill provide surge support to the Regional Bureau Panama (RBACR team. This will include coordination with Country Offices (C, quality control and liaising with the ACR team at Headquarters (Hand technical experts in the Regional Bureau (Rto ensure that key annual performance information at the country level is reported on and published online for donors and internal use.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education:
Advanced university degree in political science, sociology, economics, development studies, international development or a related field is required. A firstlevel university degree in combination with two (2) additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Experience:
35 years of postgraduate, relevant professional experience. Previous WFP experience is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills:
The incumbent should have the following skills and experience:
Languages:
English Proficiency / Level C. Knowledge of Spanish / Level B.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Successful candidates will be placed in a roster for two (2) years.
