CIMMYT is seeking a dynamic, selfmotivated, and serviceoriented professional for the position of Payroll Assistant to work in the Human Resources Unit.

The positions will be based at CIMMYT headquarters in Texcoco, near Mexico City.

Specific duties:

  • Administration, control and followup of monthly and special orders of food vouchers.
  • Reconciliation of accounting accounts related to the payroll process. BSAR files
  • Registration of additions, terminations and salary modifications in the payroll system and IDSE.
  • Accounting records and settlement of balances in the D365 system.
  • Validation and control of INFONAVIT credits and Disabilities in each nominal period.
  • Control, followup and reconciliation of Disability and IMSS payments.
  • Filing of Occupational Risk Accident Notices before STPS.
