This new role is part of the People and Culture team, reporting to the Workplace Investigations Manager and supporting the Regional Safeguarding Advisors and the Director of Safeguarding and PSHEA. He /she will be responsible for daily updates of the EthicsPoint Case Log, running reports, managing tools and resources, and other administrative tasks as needed. This is an administrative position and will NOT be handling investigations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Case Log update Creates a process to effectively update open cases and ensure they are closed within 60 days. Inputs, updates, and maintains all required information in Case Log and EthicsPoint. Communicates and follows up with Regional HR Business Partners and Country Office HR Leads to obtain updates on open cases. Ensures all pertinent information is uploaded and updated in EthicsPoint. Reports Runs and distributes reports to the Safeguarding team, Director of Safeguarding, and others as needed. Creates charts from data in Excel and/or Power BI. Works closely with the Legal team to run specific reports from Navex. Analyses data and reports/escalates trends to the Workplace Investigations Manager and the Director of Safeguarding. Conducts EthicsPoint audits to ensure cases are closed with appropriate documentation and information. Updates information stored in Teams files and CARE Shares. Business Support Coordinates all logistics for meetings and training. Manages the calendar of the Director of Safeguarding. Organizes translations for meetings and documents. Maintains and organizes contracts of vendors and contractors. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 4 years experience in a similar role. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Discretion and confidentiality are a must. Flexibility in working with different time zones worldwide.
