Represent CARE in important meetings and global coordination structures, advocating for a locally-led and effective humanitarian system. What We’re Looking For: A degree in a relevant field (international affairs, law, humanitarian studies, social sciences, women’s studies, etc.) and 5+ years of experience in the humanitarian sector, with a strong focus on advocacy. Deep understanding of the international humanitarian system, including its governing bodies and key players. Proven experience in designing advocacy initiatives and crafting compelling messages that drive change. Help shape a more locally-led, responsive humanitarian system, using evidence and programmatic examples to drive impactful change.
