This position is in the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave., NW., Washington, DC, in the Office of Security, Personnel Security Division, Background Investigation Branch, at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes a) Leading staff members engaged in performing personnel security functions; b) Performing initial case intake to review security forms and conduct investigative inquiries for initiating personnel security background investigations; c) Reporting on personnel security cases to provide a status of outstanding or overdue cases; AND d) Assigning personnel security cases to staff members. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
