This is a 3-year grant-funded position, with the grant ending December 31, 2025, and is contingent upon contract award.
Position Overview
Partners In Health (PIH) is looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Award Manager, remote in the U.S or Canada, fluent in French and English, with at least 5 years of project management experience in international development that includes stewarding partner relations for complex and high-compliance awards. We are looking for someone with strong cross-cultural competence and superb interpersonal and organizational skills to provide strategic award management guidance and support to PIH teams implementing projects at PIH care delivery and academic sites.
Based at the PIH coordination site, in Boston, MA, or remote in the U.S, the Award Manager will serve as a focal point for award management with project teams, donors, and other key project partners. They will work closely with technical, operational, and administrative colleagues to establish and maintain strong management structures to ensure deliverables are on scope, on schedule, on budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements and donor and PIH policies.
PIH expects the Award Manager to work independently with limited supervision, reporting to the Associate Director of Award Management. French fluency is required for this position.
