Reporting to the Management Specialist/PPID Directorate, the Executive and Administrative Support Consultant is responsible for providing scheduling, logistical, internal communication and administrative support to the PPID Directorate.

Education and Certification:
• Completion of secondary education required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or public administration is an asset.
Experience:
At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience with administrative, secretarial, or executive assistant work;
Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, Teams), and handling of web-based management systems is required;
Experience in the use of a modern web-based ERP System, preferably Oracle Cloud, is an asset;
Experience in UN operations, structure and administrative procedures is an asset.
Languages:
Fluency in English is required.
Knowledge of any other UN official language is an asset.
