Description of the Assignment: UNDP Papua New Guinea Establishing systems for sustainable integrated land-use planning across New Britain Island in Papua New Guinea Project is currently seeking to hire a consultant to conduct evaluation on the progress towards the achievement of the project objectives and outcomes as specified in the Project Document and assess early signs of project success or failure with the goal of identifying the necessary changes to be made in order to set the project on-track to achieve its intended results. The MTR will also review the project’s strategy and its risks to sustainability of the project by conducting. More information on the role can be found in the Terms of Reference attached to this tender.

Period of assignment/services: 40 Days (in 3 months) [Location: Home-based with travel to Port Moresby with field missions to East and West New Britain
