About Ma3an
Ma3an is a USAID-funded project (2018–2025) that focuses on enhancing civic engagement and economic empowerment among Tunisian youth, supporting sustainable, inclusive development in Tunisia. Ma3an’s key objectives are:
Expanding youth access to skills, services, and opportunities for civic engagement and economic empowerment. Empowering Tunisian youth to lead and meaningfully participate in initiatives that address youth and community priorities.
As Ma3an enters its final three years, the project will build on an established network of youth leaders, safe spaces, and local partnerships across 33 communities. The project aims to engage a broader representation of underserved youth and partners, equipping them with essential skills and resources to support their livelihoods and roles in community development. Ma3an collaborates with local partners to establish and sustain a youth leadership network that imparts critical skills to peers and drives initiatives addressing local challenges.
