How can you make a difference?
Purpose of Activity/Assignment:
The main objectives of this project are two-stages – commencing with design and delivery of training of trainers to create a pool of national trainers/ experts on results-based management for inclusive social development (RBM-ISD) and then to support these trained trainers/ experts to deliver capacity building / training on the same subject to provincial leaders and professionals in 3 target provinces in support of new 5-year development planning process for 2025-2029.
The provincial training will be organized in a way that allow real practice, exercise, and application of RBM tools using real data of provincial profile and other administrative sector data written in provincial situation chapter of the draft 5-year development plans throughout the process.
All outputs produced during the training course exercises and group work: a) situation analysis, causality analysis, and prioritized issues and needs (with focus on women and children’s issues) and b) theory of change (TOC), development/ results-framework, and investment/ resource framework will be considered as essential inputs for consideration in review and finalization of 5-year plan documents by Siem Reap, Preah Vihear and Ratanakiri Provincial Administrations.
End of project report will be prepared to document the process, results and lessons learned and it should include recommendations for future actions and sustainability.

Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.
The selected candidate is solely responsible to ensure that the visa (applicable) and health insurance required to perform the duties of the contract are valid for the entire period of the contract. The candidate may also be subject to inoculation (vaccination) requirements, including against SARS-CoV-2 (Covid).
