Context

The Learning Passport is an online, mobile, and offline tech platform enabling high quality, flexible learning. It provides a consistent learning experience to in- and out- of school children and adolescents, as well as hosting teacher and school leadership training. The Learning Passport has been launched in 45 countries in ESAR, with others in active development. Teachers are not used to incorporating digital content into their lessons, and we want to provide short animations offering ideas for new ways of working without overloading them with information. Videos and animations/presentations/eLearning will be shared on country specific Learning Passport platforms.

Task Description

Objective: The Learning Passport Global Content Department seeks 2 online volunteers to support with digitizing curriculum content for the Learning Passport program. Audience: Suitable for a global audience. Responsibilities: Online volunteers will work under the guidance of the Global Lead for the Learning Passport, communicating via email and short virtual meetings to: Digitize curriculum worksheets for specified countries. Follow an agreed delivery schedule with interim targets. Incorporate feedback from the Learning Passport team to finalize outputs. Task: Digitizing Curriculum Worksheets Scope: Digitize curriculum worksheets for the Philippines, Liberia, and Jamaica. Format: Convert each worksheet PDF into a brief, interactive digital activity and assessment using tools like Genially and/or PowerPoint. Reporting and Deliverables: All digital worksheets will be submitted per the agreed delivery schedule and feedback process, ensuring alignment with the Learning Passport’s global education goals. Each volunteer will digitize 3-5 worksheets, depending on the length and complexity of the content.
