The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is a trusted, long-term partner with extensive operational experience, UNDP supports countries in effective implementation of complex, multilateral and multi-sectoral health programmes while simultaneously investing in capacity development so that national and local partners can assume these responsibilities over time. In Sudan, UNDP is the principal recipient of Global Fund funding for HIV and TB programming. As part of the current GC7 HIV/TB grant, and to foster a more equitable environment in accessing HIV and TB services for vulnerable populations, a consultant is sought to conduct a gender and human rights assessment on barriers to accessing HIV and TB prevention, treatment, and care services in Sudan that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in this document.

Description of the Assignment: National Individual Contractor for Gender and Human Rights Assessment for HIV/TB services Sudan

 

Period of assignment/services: 3 months
