Consultancy Title: Development of Monitoring and Evaluation Dashboard for Adolescent and Youth Programs

Over the past four years, UNICEF has been working closely with the Ministry of Youth and Arts (MoYA) to implement several interventions to empower young people with skills through the Generation Unlimited (GenU) Initiative. GenU is a global initiative launched at the 2018 UN General Assembly as the world’s first global Public-Private-Youth Partnership Platform on a mission to skill and connect the world’s 1.8 billion young people to opportunities for employment, entrepreneurship, and social impact.
In Rwanda, the GenU initiative was launched in 2020 and has focused on skilling and upskilling young people to enhance their transition from school to the labor market. Through this initiative, a number of projects and programmes have been implemented, particularly aiming to give young people access to workplace-learning opportunities, improve access to labour market information, and mobilize and engage young people in civic activities.
How can you make a difference?
UNICEF is seeking an individual consultant to support the development of a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) dashboard for adolescent and youth development programmes and projects. The dashboard is expected to enable effective tracking of the implementation and results of diverse adolescent and youth development programmes.

Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors. Consultants and individual contractors are responsible for determining their tax liabilities and for the payment of any taxes and/or duties, in accordance with local or other applicable laws.
