Location of Position: Washington, DC
Telework/Remote Eligibility: Eligible for telework for four days per pay period (two days per week). The position is not remote eligible.
Open Period: December 11, 2024 – December 26, 2024
Appointment Type: This is an excepted service, time-limited appointment that is not to exceed five years, with the potential for two two-year extensions.
Salary: (USD) $132,860 – $191,900 per year

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen;
  • Must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level FS-03 of this position. Examples of specialized experience include: analyzing how to improve program/portfolio effectiveness and complex processes and systems as related to a development assistance portfolio, including support to Missions; coordinating all elements of project and activity design with the technical teams and identifying constraints and solutions to challenges encountered; and serving as a Contracting/Agreement Officer’s Representative (COR/AOR), including financial management, drafting memos in keeping with USAID’s Program Cycle and business processes and agreement or contract modifications as necessary, approving vouchers, and maintaining a successful working relationship with the contractor; and
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
