CONTEXTE ORGANISATIONNEL:
Ce poste se trouve au Sous Bureau de Farchana, antenne d’Adre. Le titulaire du poste rend compte au coordinateur des urgence basé à Adre.
Le titulaire de ce poste travaille généralement sous le soutien rapproché et la supervision d’un membre du personnel professionnel plus expérimenté, recevant des conseils et des retours réguliers sur leur travail. Il est habituellement impliqué dans des activités liées aux programmes ou aux politiques, ou dans des travaux analytiques de nature similaire, mais de complexité limitée.
LE ROLE
L’objectif principal est d’apporter un soutien à la mise en œuvre stratégique de la réponse d’urgence du PAM dans la zone de Adre et de Farchana..
RESPONSABILITES: (not all-inclusive, within delegated authority):
Sous la supervision du Coordinateur/Responsable des Urgences a l’antenne du PAM Ardé et en coordination avec les autres unites de programme, le NOA accomplira les tâches détaillées dans les TDR.
En plus des responsabilités standards du poste de Responsable de Programme et de Politique, les responsabilités suivantes sont attendues pour ce poste :
QUALIFICATIONS ACADÉMIQUES MINIMALES STANDARD :
Education: Diplôme universitaire en Relations Internationales, Economie, Nutrition/Sante Publique, Agriculture, Science de l’environnement, Sciences Sociales ou autre expérience académique dans le domaine de développement international assortie d’une expérience professionnelle ou formation appropriée.
Experience:
Language: Maîtrise de la langue du Français (Niveau C) et Anglais (Niveau C) et et niveau de base Arabe.
