We work with leading social entrepreneurs, corporations, the finance industry, and public institutions to address the world’s toughest problems. We cover topics ranging from civic engagement and full economic citizenship to youth, environment, health and human rights. And we’re on an ambitious mission: to change whole mindsets and systems towards an “Everyone a Changemaker”-world. We’re looking for a program manager to carry out this mission and lead the program’s growth, foster partnerships, and empower young changemakers to create lasting impact.

HERE IS YOUR CHALLENGE:

Strategically advancing our work with young changemakers and related programs, including new formats, partners, and events.

Developing new partnerships and initiatives with our partner organizations and youth across Austria and other countries.
Engage in fundraising and business development for our current work and future endeavors

Promoting the visibility of young Changemakers in the public through media work and media partners.

Coordinating and implementing workshops, networking events, webinars, and other activities for young Changemakers.

Representing Ashoka Austria at events and expanding our Ashoka network.

Participating in further Ashoka activities.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENTREPRENEURIAL INDIVIDUAL, WHO
-
has at least 5 years of professional experience.
-
ideally has experience in working with youth.
-
has built and/or led programs and entrepreneurial initiatives.
-
has intercultural competence, since the project has strong ties to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and other European countries.
-
has strong implementation and organizational skills (including working digitally).
-
has great command of German & English.
-
has interest in social entrepreneurship and youth empowerment.
-
is highly organized, structured, and motivated.
-
is proactive and solution oriented.
WHAT WE OFFER:
