Employment Type: Full time, Grant funded through 12/31/2027 with the potential for extension based on available funding.
Position Overview:
Partners In Health (PIH) is looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Finance Manager with superb interpersonal and organizational skills to join the Grant Finance team, to play a lead role in the financial management and oversight of a portfolio of PIH grants. The Finance Manager will guide effective financial management of a diverse, cross-regional, award portfolio implemented in one or more PIH sites: Haiti, Peru, Rwanda, Mexico, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Malawi, Lesotho, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Navajo Nation. The Finance Manager will work with staff across project teams to ensure strong financial management for projects to deliver on time, on scope, on budget and with quality standards. The Finance Manager will also supervise staff member(s), ensuring they have the support needed to contribute to both financial management of their portfolio and overall FP&A team priorities.
This position is contingent on receipt of donor funding. PIH is unable to support visa sponsorship for this role.
