As our Senior Manager, Direct Response (DR) Fundraising, you’ll take a leading role in both 1) acquiring one-time and monthly donors for CARE Canada and 2) ensuring donor development, conversion, and long-term value of all DR donors through donor journey and retention strategies. You’ll work with teams of colleagues, freelancers, and agency partners to meet our ambitious donor acquisition, donor retention, and unrestricted revenue targets.

You’ll be part of the Revenue and Marketing team, driving CARE Canada’s externally- facing initiatives, and fundamental to our goal of inspiring Canadians to join us in this journey with a brave and bold voice, innovative partnerships and sustainable, innovative and balanced revenue sources.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue & Marketing Officer, you’ll be responsible for the ownership, planning, execution, and monitoring and evaluation of all mass market, multi-channel giving, both digital and offline. As a key driver of engagement and unrestricted revenue for CARE Canada, your channels will/could include:

REQUIREMENTS
Promote and maintain an organizational culture that advances gender equality, reduces power abuse and inequalities, and fosters trust and safety.
