Introduction

UNDP Viet Nam is seeking a short-term Financial/Administrative Facilitator to provide financial and administrative support the Viet Nam Climate Smart Coastal Communities Project (VN-CSCC) Management Unit (PMU) in Department of Fisheries (DoF), as described in the attached TORs.

The objective of the assignment is to provide financial and administrative support to DoF on the completion of required tasks for the project implementation in DoF. The assignment will be supervised by UNDP, specifically the Programme Management Specialist, and DoF PMU. The short-term Financial/Administrative Facilitator will have regular discussions with DoF PMU and the responsible staff of UNDP Viet Nam. S/He is required to report regularly to DoF PMU and UNDP Viet Nam on the progress of the assignment based on the agreed work plan. S/He will also provide concise and timely information about implemented activities and any adjustments to the work plan.

Duty station: DoF office and Home-based.

Period of assignment/services: 150 working days from 20 January 2025 – 10 October 2025.
