Under the direct supervision of the Risk and Quality Management Officer, and the overall guidance of the Chief of Planning, Foresight and Performance Office, the incumbent will perform the following duties:

Project Management
(a) Coordinate business processes-related projects (e.g. on enhancing knowledge and data management) from initiation through successful completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget;

(b) Develop project plans and facilitate project execution, including risk assessment and mitigation;

(c) Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on business requirements and technical solutions as well as ensure alignment and effective communication;Translate process owners’ requirements to tasks for IT development, conduct UAT campaigns and coordinate backlog;

(d) Prepare regular project updates, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders;

(e) Support capacity-building efforts of the Organization by providing guidance and training to support project implementation.

Business Analysis
(a) Conduct in-depth analysis of organizational and operational data on processes performance monitoring, risk management and business continuity to identify trends, insights, risks and areas for improvement;

(b) Develop comprehensive documentation, business cases and feasibility studies to guide strategic decision-making;

(c) Engage in workshops, meetings and interactive sessions with stakeholders;

(d) Carry out other duties, as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Masters degree or equivalent in business administration or a closely related field. A first-level university degree or equivalent in combination with two years of additional directly relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the master’s degree.
Experience
A minimum of five (5) years of combined national and international progressively responsible experience in data and business analysis, project management with demonstrated experience in coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Other requirements
Sense of integrity, responsibility, maturity of judgement, initiative and creativity. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Proven experience to analyze, model and interpret business operations data in support of decision-making. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and manage multiple workloads. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and to foster diversity and team spirit.
Languages
Excellent knowledge of English (both oral and written). Knowledge of other official languages of the Organization would be an advantage.

(Note: The official languages of the Organization are Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish.)

SALARY AND ALLOWANCES
Annual net base salary on initial appointment is: US$ 64121
Annual post adjustment on initial salary is: US$ 57645 (in addition to the net base salary)
