  • Facilitate seamless hybrid meetings using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex, applying Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) as required.

Camera & Tracking Systems,

  • Use joystick controllers for real-time manual camera operation when necessary.

Display & Projection Management,

System Monitoring and Troubleshooting,

  • Actively monitor AV system health and performance from the control room.
  • Troubleshoot system issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to live events.
  • Perform routine checks on equipment such as wireless microphones, interpretation systems, and networked audio/video connections.

Configuration & Layout Management,

  • Prepare, store and recall configurations for different room layouts and seating arrangements, adjusting audio zones, camera angles, and display settings as necessary.
  • Collaborate with facility management to optimize AV setups for both recurring and one-off events.

Documentation & Reporting,

  • Maintain comprehensive logs of system configurations, event setups, and technical incidents.
  • Update as-built system documentation and assist in preparation of reports on system performance and operational issues.

User Support & Training,

  • Provide on-the-spot support and training to users on the operation of AV equipment for basic functions.
  • Train backup operators and IWMI staff on best practices for system use.
