The People Development & Engagement (PD&E) team is part of DRC’s HR department at our headquarters in Copenhagen. We’re eight driven, friendly, and fun professionals dedicated to fostering staff engagement and professional growth. Together, we support DRC’s global mission to assist displaced people.
About the job
As our new Student Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department to deliver high-quality services to our colleagues worldwide. You will handle a variety of tasks, from administrative duties and data analysis – to supporting learning initiatives and promoting staff engagement. Your main responsibilities will be to:

Salary and conditions: In accordance with the agreement between DRC and HK. This is a national position for which local terms and conditions apply. Please note that you need to have the right to work in Denmark (through nationality or existing work visa) in order to be considered for this role.
