The ISS Systems Apprentice is a 1-year rotational apprenticeship program that provides an opportunity for hands-on experience and training in various areas of Information Systems and Services (ISS), including but not limited to business analysis, systems analysis, cybersecurity, and helpdesk operations. The ISS Apprentice will work under the supervision of experienced ISS professionals to support various ISS projects, learning how to assess systems requirements, design solutions, and ensure systems are functioning optimally. This apprenticeship is designed to serve as an opportunity for veterans through the Microsoft Systems Service Academy (MSSA) or other similar programs to gain experience in the civilian and technology field with broad exposure to a global nonprofit development organization.
Anticipated Duration: 1 year – Spring 2025 – Spring 2026
Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $25.93–$30.00
Location: Remote. Preference for applicants based in Eastern or Central time zones.
