JOB DESCRIPTION

RTI is seeking to build a roster of experienced secondary education technical experts for anticipated Asian Development Bank-funded activities in Asia, specifically in Cambodia and Tajikistan. Anticipated projects may focus on strengthening upper secondary education to improve equal access to quality secondary education; aligning secondary education to high demand 21st century skills in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM); improving assessment systems; strengthening post-secondary education pathways; and developing and implementing distance learning platforms.

What You’ll Do

Candidates with experience in modernizing secondary education; science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education; access to quality secondary education; and education technology platforms with ADB experience should consider submitting their CVs for considering. What You’ll Need

• For international experts, at least master’s degree and 10 years professional experience in relevant field.
• For national experts, at least bachelor’s degree and 5 years of professional working experience working in relevant field.
• Experience working with Asian Development Bank (ADB) and knowledge of ABD policies and guidelines.
• For international experts, prior work experience in Tajikistan or Cambodia, respectively, is highly desirable.
