Your Role
As aProgram Coordinator, you will coordinate, develop, and manage a portfolio of investments (ranging in complexity), with an emphasis on processes and systems, initial investment due diligence, and timeline management. This role requires frequent interaction with external partners across the globe and with a wide array of skillsets and levels of seniority, many of whom are unfamiliar with the foundation’s processes.This role will primarily support the Nutrition PST and R&D and Data portfolios, but this role may flex across other portfolios in the Nutrition PST and may provide flex support to other teams in the GGO Division.
In support of programmatic strategic goals, you may provide or support budget oversight and planning, financial analysis and reporting, and process management for the portfolio of investments, which may include grants, contracts, and program related investments (PRIs). You will collaborate closely with the Senior Program Coordinator on the Nutrition team, and work with program officers and business partners.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, SPM Nutrition.

We seek a professional with a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience. Able to work with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Open to rapid change and able to learn new things quickly. Able to distill what is needed next, even without expertise in programmatic content.
