Responsibilities:

• Analysing comprehensively credit risk of your portfolio of customers
• Preparing credit risk analysis, assessing business and financial risk and proposing an internal credit risk rating
• Arguing your credit analysis in the credit committee
• Participating in customer due diligence meetings
• Performing credit risk research on applicable industries
• Contributing to ongoing development of your and your colleagues’ work

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a master’s degree in finance, economics, or another related field
• Has a track-record (minimum 3-5 years of experience) in a similar or closely related role
• Has experience of working with SME customers
• Is fluent in English. The role also requires knowledge in at least one Baltic language
• Can separate big issues from small
• Is open-minded and flexibile
• Possesses good interpersonal and organisational skills and a genuine interest in learning
• Has aptitude for numbers and attention to details
• Is comfortable using Microsoft office tools, primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint
