JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Your tasks

During the internship, you will support the team with the following tasks:

Support in the structuring, maintenance, and evaluation of data on procurement and logistics processes.
Support in the preparation of analyses, concepts, and status reports in the field of stabilization in Ukraine.
Support in public procurement and delivery to Ukrainian partners; tracking and documenting logistics is a key part of your tasks.
Support in the area of ​​knowledge management, as well as monitoring and evaluation, if necessary.
Support in day-to-day business and taking on coordination and research tasks, comprehensible preparation of data and information, and, if necessary, support in event organization.
Participation in internal and external meetings and conferences, as well as their documentation.

In addition, you will familiarize yourself with the structures and working methods of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

Your profile

You are studying economics, business administration, logistics or a similar subject area
You support the team in day-to-day business, are reliable, structured, results-oriented and can present complex issues in an understandable way
You are cooperative and enjoy working in a team
Knowledge of public procurement law or procurement processes is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
Basic knowledge of German development cooperation/international cooperation including its structures is an advantage
Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
Fluent written and spoken German and English Knowledge
of Ukrainian and Russian is an advantage
