Assignment/Service Period: Three (3) months.

Assignment Description: Consulting aimed at carrying out the final evaluation of the implementation of the IRF project – Agile and flexible response mechanism to support peace dialogues and promote peacebuilding processes in Colombia

Professional Degree: in social sciences, international development, economics, statistics, or public administration.
Master’s Degree: in the field of social sciences, project evaluation, public policy, or project management.
Specific Experience:
– At least seven (7) years of experience in project monitoring and evaluation.

– Experience conducting impact or outcome evaluations of peacebuilding projects with United Nations agencies, international cooperation agencies, public entities, NGOs, and the State.

– Demonstrated experience in the UN evaluation approach (UNDP evaluation policies, UNEG norms and standards).

– Experience and work as a member of evaluation teams.

– Extensive knowledge and experience in applying qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods to projects and programs.

– Have experience working with the United Nations or other international organizations.

Language: Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
Reading level in English.
