Project Context and Scope
Since 24th February 2022, when the war in Ukraine erupted, more than 9,5 million of border crossing instances from the war-torn country. Mostly there are women, single mothers with their children and teenagers. The initiative aims to support youth and young adults from Ukraine and other countries living in Poland in choosing their future path, including further education, training, or profession, in line with their aptitudes and dreams.

Labor Mobility and Social Inclusion Programme.
Tasks to be performed under this contract
The consultant will undertake the following tasks:
Preparing the scenario of the workshop
Conducting two workshops at the Warsaw Integration Centre on the dates agreed with IOM
Maintain communication with workshop participants and offer them individual consultation; maintain the calendar of consultations.
Providing 15 individual consultations to workshops participants
Preparing a short report (1-2 pages) summarizing the lessons learned from delivering the workshops and individual consultations
Performance indicators for the evaluation of results
Reaching the targets (conducting 3 workshops and delivering 15 individual consultations).
Timely delivery of the outputs.
Experience
Experience in conducting workshops and consultations on professional development
Experience in work with youth.
Skills
Excellent analytical and copywriting skills.
Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision.
Languages
Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian, Polish will be an asset
IOM’s official languages are English, French and Spanish.
Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.
