Description

Winrock International is hiring a Catalytic Fund & Investment Tools/ Catalyst Fund and Investment Tools to fund structuring, financial modeling, and investment management. The consultant will help design and roll out the operational systems, tools, and dashboards needed to manage the WEECAP Catalytic Fund and drive investment into the cashew sector.

• Develop detailed procedures manuals and investment process documentation for the Catalytic Fund
• Build financial analysis grids, scoring models, and ESG assessment tools for project evaluation
• Design portfolio monitoring dashboards and reporting templates in Excel or digital solutions
• Train the investment team on tool use and ensure knowledge transfer through user guides and sessions
