Context
The improvement and modernization of the investidordadiaspora.cv website will support the Government of Cabo Verde to better inform potential diaspora investors about the investments’ opportunities and benefits and to foster greater investment interest. This strategic communication effort not only helps in identifying and attracting potential diaspora investors but also strengthens their confidence in the support and resources available to them. Ultimately, this initiative contributes to a more inclusive and equitable investment environment, promoting sustainable development and socio-economic growth, fostering and contributing to job creation and poverty alleviation.
Task Description
We are looking for 1 Online Volunteer/s who under the guidance of Head of Office support editing the graphic design of a website. In particular, the Online Volunteer is asked to: – Design and implement new features and functionalities on the website. – Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. – Manage and update website content, including text, images, and multimedia. – Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes. – Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. – Ensure website security and data protection measures are in place. – Perform regular backups and maintenance tasks. – Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in web design and development.
