Your tasks

Support in the identification of suitable new funding worthy of funding
With the help of examining, preparing and supporting specialist operations
Support for cooperation and communication with specialists abroad and international partners
Design of project -relevant documents, products for public relations, presentations and support for internal knowledge management
Support in the project monitoring of the project
Preparation and follow-up as well as support for events
Takeover of administrative and logistical tasks

Your profile

Studied in the areas of geography, urban development and planning, social, administrative, political science or similar
Interest in the topic of municipal partnerships and international cooperation
Initial experiences in international context, development cooperation and urban development are advantageous
Knowledge of the topics of urban and municipal development
Strategic, conceptual and interdisciplinary thinking
Languages: German: Flowing, English: negotiating, further UN languages ​​desirable
Good IT skills and accomplished handling of digital tools (especially Office 365) and willingness to work (presence and online)
High team and communication skills, organizational talent and resilience
