Description of the Assignment:The assessment aims to analyze key risks affecting Hawassa City and provide evidence-based recommendations for integrating risk reduction, early warning, and early action measures into urban planning and governance.

Period of assignment/services (if applicable):110 Working days over 6 months.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
