International Organization for Migration is hiring a SVN2025/022_ Project Assistant Common Pipeline_ G5_ PAP to

Associations and responsibilities

Be the main focal point to coordinate all the activities of the Common Pipeline in the assigned implementation area, including administrative procedures for the release of articles, stock, repositioning and others, in coordination with the other relevant units.
Coordinate the provision of articles to the requesting agencies from IOM warehouses after receiving approval from the sectoral coordination teams of Shelter/NFI, Wash and the RRM and Cash coordinator.
Coordinate with the offices of mayors, DGPC and other competent authorities to organize distributions directly or through partners.
Support the partners of Common Pipeline with distributions on sites or outside, on request.
Make field visits during NFIS distributions to check the smooth running of distributions according to the program standards.
Coordinate the link with Common Pipeline partners to give technical support, follow up on reports and delivery of items in the sites or outside.
Guide and facilitate communities and partners in the selection of beneficiaries and in coordination with town halls and other Haitian authorities concerned.
Organize workshops with Common Pipeline partners, site managers, DGPC and others in order to raise awareness among their responsibility for their responsibility to participate in the distribution of NFIS in a transparent, secure and effective way.
Save all the relevant information collected via the Common Pipeline and the follow -up of the stock to have control over distributions and make periodic reports.
Execute other tasks that can be entrusted.

Required qualifications and experience

EDUCATION

University or superior diploma in social sciences, business administration or public administration, psychology or social sciences with professional experience of at least three years in a relevant field;
Secondary studies diploma (BAC) in all areas with professional experience of at least only five years in a relevant field;

EXPERIENCE

Experience in an NGO, International Agency or the United Nations.

SKILLS

Excellent communication skills and written and oral connection in English and French;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer;
Very good time to organize time and work planning;
Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues from cultures and various professional backgrounds;
Personal commitment, flexibility, efficiency and desire for results;
Can work with a minimum of supervision.

LANGUAGES
OIM’s official languages ​​are English, French and Spanish.
