World Resources Institute is hiring a Communication internship to

Position:Internship inCommunication

WRI BRASIL is looking for a student for a vacancyInternshipin communicationBased on the São Paulo Office (SP) or Porto Alegre (RS).

The person will support the communication team in content production for the organization’s programs – cities, climate, economy and finance (CEF) and forests and land use – and the implementation of digital actions in line with the organization’s communication strategy.

Main activitiesand/or responsibilities:

Contribute to the newsroom of blogs, releases, articles and newsletters.
Assist the communication team in the organization of Webinars, Events and Study Launches.
Assist in the creation and/or adaptation of content for social networks, proposing new presentation formats.
Assist in data collection for report production.
Monitor administrative processes of the communication area.

Requirements and Qualificationsnecessary:

Degree in Communication Area – Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations and the like (studying from the 5th semester).
Excellent written communication.
Creativity, proactivity, multitasking, ability to collaborate and compliance with deadlines.
English Reading and Text Understanding Level.

Competences andExperiences we value

Interest and knowledge in environmental issues, climate change and sustainable development.
Familiarity with the language of social networks.
Prior experience, professional or not, in text production will be an additional.
