Assignment :

As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Delegation Officer.
Under the supervision of the Head of Associative Engagement and Mobilization Service, you will lead the network of departmental delegations, made up of volunteers, in France, to develop ACF’s reputation and fundraising.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Contribute to the development of ACF’s reputation and fundraising by ensuring the monitoring and implementation of delegation projects
Lead the network of volunteer delegations in France
Supervise Civic Service Volunteers
Upon taking up your position, the priorities will be to:
Respond to requests from delegations
Lead the networks (participation in monthly meetings by video or travel)
Take over Partnership operations

Profile:

You have a background in project management with at least two years of experience in this field.
You have experience working with volunteers.
Diplomatic and enthusiastic, you have an understanding of leading a volunteer network.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree

Work Hours: 8
