🌱 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement impactful programs that respond to the needs and aspirations of children and youth.
• Facilitate community engagement through inclusive workshops, meetings, and events that promote local ownership and participation.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, using data and insights to continuously improve our work.
• Build strong partnerships with community members, local government units, and other stakeholders to create a safe and supportive environment for children.

💡 What We’re Looking For

• A strong commitment to child rights and youth empowerment.
• A degree in social work, development studies, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in community development or child-focused programming.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate.

Location: North Samar, Eastern Visayas, Philippines
