Responsibilities: -The intern will be supporting substantive work in the field of circular economy applied to urban land use management in Latin America and the Caribbean. Daily responsibilities will depend on the individual”s background and the internship period. -Collect and analyse census and household survey data across LAC, with a focus on urban contexts. Develop indicators to assess dwelling conditions. Support literature review efforts related to urban studies in LAC. Synthesize and summarize key findings Duties may include: – Researches, compiles, systematically organizes and analyses information and reference materials from various sources for reports, work plans, studies, briefings, meetings/conferences, etc. – Proofreads documents, translates (Spanish/English) – Edits texts for accuracy, grammar, punctuation and style, and for adherence to established standards for format. – Prepares a variety of inputs for reports, publications and presentations (this may include tables, lists, graphs, charts and/or diagrams. – Prepares, adapts and reviews web content – Format documents in line with organization standards – Compiles statistical data for reporting on sustainable urban development Collect and analyse census and household survey data across LAC, with a focus on urban contexts.
