Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Prepare all types of payments in new ERP-Wave (Travel, office cost, fuel, vehicles, another’s) starting from purchase requisition and payment request, verifying that they are duly authorized, and all the supporting documents are attached therewith.
Perform claim verifications against documentation to verify that purchases/services are properly authorized and that the goods have been received or services rendered.
Keep proper and systematic filling of all posted payments and other accounting documents according to the established standards.
Request petty cash claims.
Responsible for attending the reception area and answering all incoming calls; assisting with receiving and sending mail and packages; welcoming guests arriving at the office; supporting the preparation of the meeting room.
Assist with inventory of stationery, cleaning & coffee supplies.
Perform other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finances, or related fields with one year of relevant professional experience, or
High School diploma with three years of relevant experience

Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.

Experience

Experience in the usage of office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and knowledge of spreadsheet and data analysis
Experience in administrative, financial and accounting matters, cash management
Experience in the usage of Wave ERP – Desirable
Experience with the United Nations- Desirable
