2. Objective
The objective of this assignment is to format and design the Manual on Migration, delivering an engaging and consistent visual presentation that enhances understanding for civil servants and key stakeholders. The consultant will focus exclusively on layout, design, and visual coherence—without altering the substantive content of the manual.

The selected consultant or designer will be responsible for:
All aspects of the design must strictly adhere to the official IOM branding and visual identity guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with institutional standards. This includes, but is not limited to, appropriate use of logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery as prescribed by IOM.
Liaising with IOM for feedback and making necessary revisions.
Delivering the final print-ready and web-optimized files, along with editable source files.
