The MEAL Coordinator is responsible for strengthening and implementing Save the Children International’s MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) systems in Sudan. This includes ensuring accurate and timely monitoring of all projects, tracking key performance indicators, managing quality data, and supporting accountability and reporting processes. They lead the consolidation of program quality KPIs and contribute to quarterly and annual reports. The role involves working closely with thematic leads to develop consistent and SMART log-frames/results frameworks aligned with program goals. The coordinator also ensures a robust accountability system for timely issue follow-up and fosters trust with children and communities served. Additionally, they analyze data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
