WE ARE

INTPA F2 ‘Environment, Sustainable Natural Resources’ is currently a unit of 22 highly motivated,
enthusiastic and friendly colleagues. Our mission is to ensure the protection of nature and people in
our partnerships with other countries in Africa, Asia, the Caribbeans, Latin America, the Pacific.
Within the implementation of the Global Gateway strategy Unit F2 promotes the design and
implementation of the external dimension of the European Green Deal. We support the transition to
green and equitable economies, the “Greening” of EU cooperation with third countries, we are also
in charge of the sustainable use and conservation of forest, land and other ecosystems. Finally, we
are in charge of all dimensions of water from safe drinking water to transboundary management
and water based infrastructure.

INTPA F2 has three strands of work: policy development; support to our Delegation colleagues and
country counterparts; managing a strategic portfolio of contracts.

We work with other teams across the Commission, Parliament, the Council and EEAS.

WE PROPOSE

A post as secretary for Unit F2. Provide general assistance to the unit:

– Horizontal Coordination
– Operational and Administrative Support
– Logistical Support

WE LOOK FOR

We are looking for a friendly, dynamic and motivated colleague that will become a central part of
our team. You should have previous experience as an assistant, possess strong organisational skills

and the ability to prioritise activities, be self-motivated and have well developed communication
skills and a good team spirit. You should be willing to interact regularly with all colleagues, be
flexible and service-minded and work autonomously. You should be proactive and have an eye to
detail. You must have a very good oral and written command of English and good knowledge of
French.
