Reporting to the Area Manager, Saudi Arabia, This team member is being
set up in collaboration with EBDA, our local services partner, to ensure
continuity of operations and compliance with local labor regulations.
Handling residency, work
permits, and health certificate applications for expatriate employees,
including renewals and updates.
Managing visitor visa
applications and liaising with relevant ministries.
Acting as the primary liaison
with government entities such as the Ministries of Interior, Labor,
Foreign Affairs, Health, and the Chamber of Commerce.
Processing customs clearance
for IATA shipments and renewing vehicle registrations.
Administering company
registrations, delegate updates, and investment license renewals.
Managing GOSI reporting and
certificate issuance, Saudization compliance, and payroll uploads via
Mudad.
Overseeing digital platforms,
including Muqeem and Qiwa to maintain accurate employee records and ensure
regulatory compliance.
Facilitating electronic
attestation of official documents and maintaining up-to-date passport and
Iqama data.
Saudi National.
Proven experience in government
relations or PRO role
Strong understanding of Saudi
labor laws and government portals (e.g., Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad)
Excellent organizational and
communication skills
Ability to work independently
and manage multiple tasks
Fluent in Arabic and proficient
in English
