The Major Gifts Manager will work as part of the New Hampshire development program, with the goal of increasing overall fundraising activity for TNC-NH using proactive, efficient systems that keep the development team focused on successful relationship management and a clear donor focus. The primary responsibility of the Major Gifts Manager is to drive the major gifts fundraising process with an emphasis on building and effectively managing the donor portfolios, facilitating team support and accountability to meet fundraising goals, supporting financial tracking and planning, and ensuring best practices for data management in BBCRM. The Major Gifts Manager will be tasked with supporting the day-to-day operations for TNC-NH’s comprehensive fundraising plans, including the One Future campaign, by providing regular reports on donor engagement, fundraiser and volunteer activity, and progress to revenue goals. The Major Gifts Manager may be responsible for the management of consultants and vendors. Finally, the Major Gifts Manager will supervise and mentor the Development Operations Associate.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $73,000-$77,000. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate”s location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
