We are hiring highly a motivated individual to join our Workforce Branch as a Staff Assistant (Workforce and Training Management). In this role, you will serve as the primary administrative point of contact for all matters related to organizational and workforce management, and serve as the enterprise’s single source of data for workforce planning analytics. You will support workforce management surveys and studies, validate organizational and workforce change requirements, and assist in the execution and oversight of all activities related to External Training. You will also provide advice and guidance to ensure the effective implementation of these initiatives. Your contribution will play a critical role in shaping the future structure and capabilities of the Force by providing accurate data, actionable insights, and administrative support that drive informed decision-making at the leadership level.

YOUR TEAM
The A1 (Human Resources Management) Division is responsible for the provision of consistent, effective, and efficient workforce planning, civilian and military personnel management, talent management, including the management of staff training. You will be a valuable member of the Workforce Branch which is responsible for all matters pertaining to the Force’s organizational structure, including advice on organizational changes, and on the use of contracting and outsourcing.

CONTRACT
Serving civilian members of NATO will be offered a contract in accordance with the NATO Civilian Personnel Regulations.
Newly recruited staff will be initially offered a definite duration contract of three years. Thereafter, an indefinite duration contract might be offered.
