Job Overview/Summary:
Under the supervision of the Area Coordinator, the HR Officer is responsible for HR operations across multiple locations (Baghdad, Anbar, Najaf and southern governorates). This includes talent acquisition, compensation and benefits and performance management. The HR Officer will play a key role in onboarding, HR compliance, and reporting HR metrics while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adherence to IRC’s global policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with national labor laws and IRC internal policies to minimize legal risk.
